Subject	Interior lights on Dash wont turn on??

Message	So i replaced all the fuses on the driver kick panel and changed the ones in the engine bay, i was wondering why my Dash light doesnt turn on? when i switch the lights to the on position the clock shuts off completely so my guess its the dimmer switch but i tried out another switch on it and nothing. the map lights wont turn on or the other roof light wont turn on, does anyone have an idea what it could be?
