Message	Not that hard, just takes a bit of patience. Taking off the main intake hose and pushing it out of the way clears up a lot of room from the top. Just did a tt swap and had to mess with the power steering after reinstall, so I just got done doing the same thing. Can be done with it in the engine, just use some swivels and extensions....and a bit of patience. haha Good luck.
