Message Used Phase-2 injectors (round connector)need new tip caps to retain lower o-ring. I have seen small lower o-ring pushed by fuel pressure into lower manifold, plastic tip cap was missing = flooded engine. Always use new lubed orings and new plastic pintle caps,make sure caps are fully seated, listen for click. Caps are cheap.... Upper manifold removed, after injector install in fuel rail, hook up fuel lines, cycle ignition key on off on off ,No need to crank, check for fuel leaks.I use large plastic bowl to set fuel rail in. Just in case. No Smoking! Well engineered kit for 90-94 NA Z32. Just my opinion.
