recommend the JWT 500 cams over the R4 or 400's. When doing either cam, you will need hd valve springs, which if you want to keep from getting noisy/leaky cam gears, you are best off buying the BDE cam gears. The biggest thing is that a turbo does need to be considered alongside the build as the turbo is the biggest power adder here, a built motor just allows the additional abuse from increased boost and hard driving, it is not neccasarily a power adder itself (minimal at best).
