First, the entire injector is assembled via a 'drop in' method. Every part is dropped in from the top of the injector body. In my cutaway injector this can clearly be seen. The 'spring guide' is actually just a copper plug. Out of the eight injectors I had fail not a single one leaked out this seal. Second, the pintle assembly picture you have isn't very good. Here's a better one:
 It does not use a rivet to hold the cap and body of the pintle together. I believe them to be a press fit or possibly bonded before final machining of the cap. Third, there are a total of 4 o-rings inside the injector body.
