| The most important issue is that the injector sizes are different and so you can't swap just the ECU. You have to match the ECU to the injectors used. You could swap TT injectors into an NA and still use the TT ECU but the TT maps are tailored for the NA engine which has much higher compression so it won't perform well. Fix the turbos. It will be easier in the long run and FAR more enjoyable. It would also preserve the resale value.
