Message	wiring. Since all was good prior to the AFC and Boost Controller install - I'd undo those and see if the problem is fixed. That short & blown fuse causes the "high beams only" issue too... It's also possible that the AFC/BC install also caused a drain on the battery - depending on what circuits you tapped into???
