Message	My HICAS in my 1995 did the rear end wandering thing too. You could literally have the car PARKED but running, open the door, look back at the rear tires and see them wiggling back and forth. Turned out the connection to the computer was all fouled up, dirty, corroded, etc. Cleaned it up and it worked for a while before the problem came back. I simply pulled the fuse at that point. Car works great with it disabled in this fashion. No wandering wheels.
