| I have a friend that called me about a 94 N/A Automatic ECU. Said he needed one. I have an ECU but wanted to know if they were year specific. I did a couple of searches and it looks like they are. but nobody really talked about it too much. Was more so about modified ECU's. I appeared that the 90-91 ECU's are different, 92 stands alone, then a 93-95, and the 96 all by itself. I am curious if this is true? And how can you tell what year the ECU is? The label on the front? The ECU i have has a sticker on it that says

A18-A73-MB7 "0912" Will that tell me the year its from? Thanks in advance guys
