Message Also disconnect the cable going to the PS assist solenoid. I've done it at least three times on a twin turbo. Depending on how bad of a day you are having you may need to remove the hydraulic line that runs along it first. When you remove the rack take it out from the driver side. It's not a fun task though. Get as much clearence in jacking height as you can.
