Message	you dont have a jack to change a flat? thats all you need to see whats rubbing on the right side. a rotor will not cause the noise you are talking about. possibly a wheel bearing, something you coul dalso determine with a jack. jack up one side ( or get some jack stands- make sure you place them in the proper location) and wiggle, shake and inspect everything around you wheel and suspension. then to the same to the other side. they should be the same....
