Message Rare but we have seen it before and it can cause oil to be rapidly introduced into the coolant system. If the problem is due to the gasket being breached it is some sort of user error. Highly unlikely its a problem caused because of the gasket itself. Did you put the two short head studs in the correct locations? Of course I have no way of knowing your skill level, but if you did everything even remotely right and are having the same problem twice I would lean towards a crack in your block being the problem. From my experience you probably won't be able to find it either without a pressure test which we've made some special fixtures to perform. They can be internal and not visible even after maganfluxing..
