| Set the last TP column of your fuel map at less than the max TP your motor achieves. The motor is now limited to the TP value of the last column. Imagine your fuel map has 96 as the last TP column and your engine just reaches that column at WOT. If you rescale the map making the 64 column your last column you have effectively "governed" your motor by limiting the fuel supply. If you look at a fuel map you'll notice that at a given rpm the fuel supply increases as you move across the TP columns. If you stop the TP increase you stop the fuel increase, no extra fuel equals no extra boost.
