Message Hi All,

I've been a z32TT owner for ages. I am a member of this forum, but I have forgotten my logon details since I've been away for so long.

Anyway, I need some good advice.

Background:
I have been away for nearly 2 years. My Z32TT has been sitting covered in a locked garage in a mild to hot climate State for that time and never started. The following was done before I went away:

1. Removed battery
2. Changed radiator fluid with top shelf additive
3. Changed oil
4. Sealed exhausts (with plastic bags)
5. Sealed turbo openings (with plastics bags) - there is no air filtration on car

During my absence the car was rolled forward and rolled back occasionally to change pressure points on the tires.

Questions:
1. Is there anything I should do to prep the car before trying to start her up?
Some say I should over fill the engine wth oil, drain it, re-fill it to the correct level before trying to start her up - Good idea? Should I change the spark plugs? Should I check the turbo oil lines for gunk/solid deposits (and, how do I do it)?

2. Are there any weak links in the car that I should check once she starts up? Anywhere I should expect a leak, malfunction, wear, etc?

3. Anything else I should check or do or whatever? Any other advice?

Lastly, the car is extensively modified (Fcon Pro V, adjustable suspension, twin GTR fuel pumps, forged pistons, forged lifters, lumpy cams, metal head gasket, larger injectors, etc, etc) if that fact have any bearing on your answer.

Also, I am told there are currently no leaks anywhere under the car.

Thanks for your help everyone!

Joe
