Insert a digital amp meter (a good DVM should be able to measure amps) between the minus battery post and the car's negative battery clamp. When doing this make sure car is off, doors closed, map reader lights off, etc. You'll get a brief high current spike when the connection is first made and then some steady state current reading. When everything is working right -- should be in the 20 to 40 mA range. Your reading likely will be much higher... Once the you've got the measurement -- start disconnecting things to see what makes it go lower or go to zero. I'd pull the fuses on your stereo amps first - verifies if that's the issue or not. Another easy way to start disconnecting things is to open the fusible link box (just in front of battery) and pull a link one at a time. Make note of whichever link causes the amp reading to drop. FYI: Those links are the main power feeds to the car (ie., ignition system, ECU, etc) -- one of the wires connected to the battery's + terminal goes to that link box.
