Message failure suspected to be related to ethenol fuel. You can replace the 1 injector with same but be prepared for future injector issues. B4 going ahead ohm all the other injectors and see if they are 10 to 14 ohms. If some are out of this range they are on the path for potential failure.

If you do the 1 injector replace with the dremel plenum grind for clearance method it is certainly less costly since no plenum pull but if the plenum will be pulled the labor is significant. This is a much used DIY procedure. Also many TTers have upgraded to the new style injectors with stock flow or increased flow (with ECU reprogram) and new style connectors and 300 degree fuel rails or Deutchwerks adaptors.

Investigate the alternatives and costs carefully.
