Subject	turn signal problem (weird)

Message	The turn signals worked fine, then today they just started doing the weirdest thing ever. When you click the lever down ( left turn signal ) they dont work, when you click the lever up ( right turn signal ) they dont work. When i turn the hazards on, only the drivers side signals work, but they dont blink, they just stay on. If i have the hazards on and i click the lever up, both sides work and blink. I recently replaced the fuse box ( down by the kick panel and clutch ) so do you think that that might be the problem? Or do i have a huge electrical mess on my hands?
