Subject	Low Oil Pressure and Lifter Tick

Message	I ran over something and then lost most of my oil pressure. By the time I got home the gauge read 0 psi. I checked the oil pan and it looked like it had some damage. I took it to a mechanic and he said I might need replace bearings I was wondering what advice anyone can give me to fix the problem? Thank You
