Yeah I figure if you've got it out, and you are doing all this other work, it's easy to just remove the heads and put on new gaskets. Sounds like all you'd have on there would be exhaust manifolds since you are removing turbos. So, you could just take the head bolts or studs (whatever is on there) off and that's that. Lift the head up, clean it all up and put on new gaskets. I mean, you said it...wouldn't you be pissed if one of those gaskets was just about to fail. Hahah. I doubt they are, but still, might as well change it while it is just a few bolts away! I'd change them...
