Message also...there are no codes, no check engine light. The boost gauge is actually reading 0 at idle and when you give it gas in neutral it builds vacuum to -10. It seems like something is wrong because when it was a stage III it was idling at -15 on the gauge...HELP!!

:Merry X-mas everyone! First off im not a noob, I haven't been on for a year and I lost my username and pw so I made a new SN.
:I did a major engine build
:-JDM motor
:-gt600r turbo kit
:-eagle connecting rods
:-weisco pistons .20 over
:-850cc injectors w/300 degree rails
:-88mm metal headgaskets
:-z1 chip
:-greddy 3 row fmic
:-howe radiator w/electric fans
:-walbro fuel pump
:-mike smith manifolds
:-jwt 400+ r4+ cams with vtc springs, jwt hd valve springs
:The car starts and sits there running good. Was hitting the infamous 5500 redline, so I changed the fuel pump, plugs, fuel filter, MAF and finally it was the fuel pressure regulator. Got a nismo adjustable one and it got rid of the wall. The car idles rough (probably because of the cams), runs hot, and won't boost. But in neutral and at a stop, when revved the car sounds good, runs smooth and the BOVs go off. But driving it is another story. Do I just simply need to put on my boost controller and AFC and get it tuned or do I have a timing issue? Z1 sent me a 93 octane chip when I needed a 91 octane chip (CA) and had me retard the timing to 13degrees. I searched and searched on here and tried a bunch of things but nothings doin it! This is my last shot before spending more $$$ on a mechanic =(
