| If you built a high compression engine with the works you might get below 14. If the condition of your NA motor is healthy and your compression test numbers are good. i think it be safe to do a jwt no2 kit or something similar. You should also take the bottle neck out from between your headers and catback and fill it in with 2.5. Since most headers and catback are just that. An aggressive Tune with Nistune has resulted in good HP for me also. My best NA time was 14.677 with about your mods you have listed, plus ecu and flywheel. With pratice and tires I think could of done 14.5 ish. I throw gt2560s in with a turbo motor and run 11.9 now, which cost less then building an extreme NA. My new NA with less mods is running 14.7 with weak clutch and not ideal tires. We'll try to do better at the next Import Face-Off event After i'm done with my 2871 automatic car. I plan to build a higher compression NA motor with TT heads and higher revving valvetrain. Go to Z32racing.com and veiw previous years and records set by NAs and reveiw their mod lists, that should help.
