Subject	How to remove internal fuse panel to get to blower relay?

Message	I'm trying to get to the blower relay, which according to the manual is located BEHIND the fuse panel in the driver's side footwell. I've removed the plastic trim that surrounds the fuses, and then removed the only phillips head screw I could see that seemed to be holding it but it still doesn't budge much. What else do I need to unplug/remove to get to the relay? Thanks.
