| Yellow connector on the AAC and see if you can adjust the idle to the correct range (car needs to be warmed up first). You can also pinch off the hose that connects between the center of the balance tube and the IACV (air regulator for hi cold idle) -- pinching the hose is the same as the IACV closing once engine has warmed up. A stuck IACV can cause a high idle condition - but generally not the level you are seeing... Doing all this should remove most of the ECU control of the engine -- if there's still a high idle, could be a stuck/mis-adjusted throttle plate or a air leak like others have posted... FYI - This is a good reference diagram on the IACV and AAC devices (just to make sure they aren't being confused).
