| I think you understand correctly and that since the UD pulley's key plays no role in the timing of the car - it's not going to cause your car to run as if it has no power. If the main crank gear's key is fine ... that's good. I also don't think you're belt off 1 tooth at 1 position is going to make your car run like it has no boost. I've never had a slipping UD pulley [how does that work anyhow ] but I still fail to see how it could cause the car to feel like it has no power. Does the car MAKE boost? As in, if you floor it does it just go to ZERO boost or does it actually make positive boost pressure?I suppose if you floor it and it goes and makes no boost, perhaps something big like intercooler hoses are off. :-)
