Subject	Jdm direct drop in?

Message	I searched and got a lot of na to jdmtt swaps but nothing on what I'm needing answered. My 96 tt engine went. If I order a low mileage jdm engine, will it drop right in? Since mine is already a tt 5sp in theory I could order just the jdm engine and bolt it right up? Any help or links will be appreciated.
