The injector(s) may be sitting incorrectly in the fuel rail, i.e. not fully inserted, the lower O-ring may be pinched (hopefully you replaced the O-rings with new ones), an injector(s) may be sticking open and leaking continuously. You need to remove the injectors, check their functionality, check for leakage, check the O-rings(the lower o-ring can catch while inserting and roll, creating a bad seal), etc. Good luck.
