| and flywheel work? Did the car have any signs of a rear main oil seal leak? If there is a rear seal oil leak there could be oil getting on to the friction disk. The normal clutch operation when cold definately indicates a heat condition that could be related to air in the clutch hydraulic system that bleeding could clear up. Just a WAG, perhaps the lightweight (aluminum?) flywheel has an issue with distortion when heated up? As far as the Redline fluid causing issues it is possible but not very probable, but you fail to tell us when that was replaced. If recently replaced I doubt that it is the fluid. Although I had issues with gear shifting in my 92 300zx NA manual and tried several gear oils including MT 90 and for me the best was Royal Purple max gear 75w 90. Keep us posted
