Message you did the compression test correctly and you really do have zero psi on all 6 cylinders, you could have a cracked block, bent valves, valve cams out of sync with the piston cycles(i.e. timing), blown head gasket (although you should have seen warning signs, i.e. white smoke, etc), etc. etc. Worn/blown piston rings on all 6 cylinders is highly unlikely. Something doesn't seem right, you should have some compression on at least some of the cylinders. Zero compression on all 6 cylinders is highly unlikely. Double check your compression test, make sure you're doing it correctly, and that your compression gauge is working properly. If the readings are correct, it's over for your engine, it's end-of-life.
