Subject	problem with spedometer

Message	ok about a month or 2 ago i had my speed sensor replaced. now my needle sometimes starts bouncing and goes to zero. then back to normal and when it drops to zero my rpm drops and makes my car almost stall does anyone know what can be the problem?? i have a 91 n/a 5spd
