This is the male connector of the fuel pump harness. The top and bottom right are the power sources, and the bottom left is used for the ground.
 
Basically you just jump the connectors using short wires to bridge the power supply.
 Here is what it looks like on the female connector. The bottom right is left open where the ground used to be.
 Ignore the red splice connector. You can see where I ran a wire from the male connector ground point to a good ground on the chassis.
 
An that's it, should take about 5 minutes. I also disconnected and removed my FPC entirely as well.
