I have not checked the CTS yet, nor have I checked the MAF. I did check out the PTU and it is the newer black one with nissan on it, so I am fairly sure that the recall replacement was done. I know for a fact the IACV needs to be cleaned or replaced, just need to get one on order. I will work on those sensors you mentioned and follow up with my results. On a side note, when your engine was acting up, did you have a tapping sound (afraid its a lifter, but not totally sure) while the engine was idling, its very faint, which is the only thing that makes me wonder if its not something else other than a lifter.
