Message	Also, checked voltage at the fuel pump harness to see if the fuel pump was getting a signal, voltage read just over 12volts, which means my fuel pump controller and fuel pump relay should both be okay. If my FPR was bad, could that also prevent the car from turning over? I know I should test for fuel pressure but I don't have a gauge.
