I've been wondering if I may have done the same thing but I can't find anything that shows me which goes to where. I have the one with the white nylon wire covering going to the driver side wire bundle. The wires match up from connector to connector: red to black with red stripe and black to green with black stripe. The other is a black plastic wire cover going to the wire bundle with injector connectors and goes from black to black and white (or faded yellow) to white (or faded yellow) - I think those were the colors. I'm pretty sure I have this hooked up right...do I?
