| eliminate them. 1) Clean throttle bodies with O2 and Cat safe cleaner by removing the intake ducts and scrub with a tooth brush 2) Check the throttle position sensor (TPS) for proper voltage thru the throttle range 0 to 4V. There is a procedure in the service manual for this. Might need to replace it. If you disconnect the main gray connector you need to do the key on then unplug the gray connector and replug it after 5 seconds. This resets the TPS with the ECU. 3) check the coolant temp sensor (CTS) OHMS to be in spec and the connector for corrosion. Clean and fill with dielectric grease. 4) check the mass airflow sensor (MAS) connector for corrosion and fill with dielectric grease. Clean the hot wire sensor with spray cleaner designed for this. I have used brake parts cleaner sprayed onto the sensor and drip dry. Need to take the unit out to do this. 5) Clean the idle control units at the back on the plenum. Tuff to remove so first try a blast of cleaner (same used in 1) above) in the hose connections there are 2 thumb sized hoses that can be removed to spray into. Also remove the idle screw and spray in the orifice (but first turn the screw in to stop so you know where it was upon replacement). 6) clean all other connectors and fill with dielectric grease. Especially the injectors and coil connectors. 7) clean battery posts and connectors and put dielectric grease on these. 8) Check the heater side of the O2's these can be bad and will not code. 9) I would refrain from the seafoam use since it is 20% alcohol based and we get enough of that from the ethanol. Try the Lucas fuel system treatment, no alcohol. 10) your turn from here
