Message I have just installed new injectors. The Deatschwerks 555cc phase 2 injectors and adapter kit. The kit went in easily, and the injectors sit in the rail just like all the pictures I have seen of instal, led Deatschwerks injectors. The o-rings have all been lubed and have been checked to make sure they are staying put when torqued. All parts are new. The problem is that after reinstalling my plenum, there is a massive vacuum leak at the 4th cylinder injector. After pulling the plenum the 2nd time, I figured that it was because I had reused the stock plenum gasket. So, I installed a new oem gasket, and reinstalled the plenum for the second time. I also checked the o-rings again on injector #4. Everything checked out. So, I reinstalled the plenum, after toothbrushing the injector ports on the lower plenum until they shined like new. I also cleaned the outer lip of the fuel rail that mates each injector to the lower manifold. After torqueing everything down and finishing reinstalling the plenum, I still have a massive vacuum leak coming from that #4 injector. It's so bad that the car will not stay running unless you stay on the throttle. So, I'm facing my 3rd plenum pull (which takes about 30 minutes now that I've done it a few times, and have deleted my egr, cc and tb coolant lines.), and I'm not sure what to look for. I guess I could move that injector to another spot on the fuel rail and see if the leak spot moves. That would tell me if it is a fuel rail to lower manifold leak at #4, or an injector related leak. I was hoping there would be a better way to diagnose an injector, though. That way I wouldn't have a minimum of two plenum pulls again in my future. Any thoughts from the TT.Net wisemen?

Thanks,
Derek
