Subject	not building boost

Message	hello everyone, I was driving my car tonight and noticed something was wrong.im not building boost and im hitting higher rpms alot faster than normal.for instance I will be on it in 3rd gear, and it will jump from 4k to 5k in about one second. Usually takes a little bit longer.I dont know if its a vac hose or wastegate issue or something. something just need some opinions so I can solve/diagnose the problem, thank you
