Subject	Found oil leaking on the outside of my passenger turbo

Message	Just performed ecu upgrade and ebc.When i pulled the intake hoses And boost hoses from the turbo off i found oil in the hardpipe coming from the turbo.Could the turbo be bad,possible bad pcv?My car is a 94tt with only 55k on it and its been babied.I noticed after running it for a few minutes i smell burnt oil and a little bit of smoke comming from the turbo.Any help please.
