Subject	AC Fan aka Auxilary Fan, hardwire question

Message	I no longer have my AC system and am wanting to hardwire my AC Condersor fan. I checked the wires going to it with a multimeter only to get no power or ignition on power, etc. I was wondering if anyone could direct me in the right direction. I am trying to switch my Aux. Fan so i can turn it on at my pleasure when in traffic, etc. thanks for any input!
