Iv had my 90 tt for about 2 months. I drove it once since I had it and I start it occassionally. The car was sitting up for a while when I bought it due to auto trans prob. When I got it I had a N/A manual trans put in. When the previous owner started it for me I noticed no smoke from exhaust or from engine bay. After getting the car back from the shop (now manual) I noticed the exhuast started putting out alot of white smoke. The one time I dove it lasted about 45 minutes and near the end I did a quick drag and didnt even go past 6000 rmp. Maybe i just never noticed it before. yesterday I noticed white smoke also coming from the right back side of the engine also which is new. Although I just had finished reinstalling my exhaust so there could be a leak. I have a stillen catbacks that interconnect so I cant tell if its only coming out of one side. I just hope I dont have a bad turbo or need head gaskets. Is there exhaust gaskets between the downpipes and test pipes? I also removed AIV when I had my exhuast out.
