Message	the door. You will have to of course remove the interior trim door panel and roll the window up. Then remove the plastic sheath to access all the internal door hardware. I would honestly just replace the assembly unless you know what you are doing as far as disassembly and reassembly. Lock cylinder assemblies generally seperate from handles for paint refinish operations so it isn't going to be as expensive as you would think but it won't be dead cheap either.
