Subject	plugs fouled, engine bogs,black smoke, backfiring.need help

Message	Car started sputtering and backfiring when let off the gas. When you push it feels like it is bogged down and sounds a lot deeper. Pulled the plugs and found oil in the spark part of 2 plugs in the cylinders on one side. Replacing the plugs caused the car to run fine for about ten minutes before symptoms started back up. It is blowing some black smoke out the exhaust. Any thoughts like valve cover gasket or head or something else cracked? The antifreeze is clean. The car has been burning thru oil pretty fast.
