Message	The sensor/sender is at the end of a long wire. Its a copper *needle* with a threaded piece at the top. I figured it was a sensor but if its a sender then I'm sorry for confusing you. I admit this is not one of my stronger points. I'm new to gauges and how they function. I'll just yank the sender out for the stock gauge and try it in that location. Thanks for your help!
