Subject	pull leads out of a connector?

Message	One of the wires to my CAS connector broke off right near the connector. Is there a way to pull the metal leads out of a connector? I tried for a bit but decided to come see if there is a 'special technique' before I break it. I'd rather try pulling them out to resolder them before having to hunt down a new/used CAS connector. Sorry for the pic quality, its from a phone.
