Subject	No Engine & ecu light.flush cause injector to go bad?

Message	Problem one The engine light does not come on only when you swith the key one time (acc) then it goes away. The ecu light does not turn on either and tried it with an ecu. When trying to trouble shoot. Problem Two I found out the problem that my car had, MAF sensor was bad and found that two injectors had carbon build up. Nissan dealer advised me to do a flush which I since two injectors were sticking. The flush was doen and the injectors were no longer sticking.I replaced the MAF two days ago and today I felt the car missfire as in running on 5 cylinders. Checked all the spark plugs, coils and even injectors. I feel the flush might of damaged one of my injectors. Is it possible?
