| Well I bought the car from a guy w/ no mechanical skill, he was throwing parts at the problem hoping to get lucky. He put in some platinum autolites... I know it needs ngk's... I didn't check what he gapped them at. Its not feeling like a spark plug issue to me, but i'll pull all of them and check the gaps. This isn't your normal misfire bucking... the car just won't go past the bucking rpms, and won't speed up at that acceleration rate. Normally with a spark plug issue, you'll feel a few small misfires but you'll still get to upper rpm and accelerate. Now if I stay below those rpms, the car feels strong as hell. I can get on it as long as I cut her off before she gets to 4K. I'll check the plugs though, and if I absolutely have to go grab my $80 dollars worth of NGK's :I bet you need to properly gap your plugs. Did you check them or just assume they were pre-gapped correctly
