Message If the fuel pressure regulator sees atmospheric pressure in the manifold then it should produce around 43 psi of pressure in the fuel line. At idle the manifold experiences vacuum so the fuel pressure should be around 30-35 psi depending on the condition of the motor and vacuum lines.

Additionally there should be no correlation between engine RPM and fuel pressure. The correlation should exist between manifold pressure and fuel pressure.
