Subject	"rattle" in front of the car

Message	Hi, 2 weeks ago I've notice a little rattle in front of the car who was getting louder with days. I tought of timing belt idler or water pump.. So I went on and changed timing belt, water pump, termostat, and all 3 idler bearings. Water pump had bad bearing.. started the car and everithing was back fine. one day later, I got my ear in front of the front bumper and could ear that little (rattle-vibration noise) again. And with days , it's getting louder.. So I know I touched the problem but why is it comming back?? There is nothing left in front of the engine that could make that sound.... suggestions would be appreciated...thanks
