Message so much as the driveshaft binding under heavy torque load. Going down the highway, it is a smooth as silk. I thought I read somewhere where the usual culprit is the tranmission mount, however if the differential unit bushings are worn, it can give a similar effect as well. The new transmission mount I installed was the OEM unit since a lot of people have stated that the NISMO transmision mount is too stiff. Courtesy Nissan sells the Nismo Differential Bushings but they are something like $80+ dollars each and you need two. I wanted to get some input from others before going this route. Nice Z's by the way.
