Message	I am trying to diagnose a fuel issue (whining noise coming from the fpc area), and I swapped in a known good controller, and the car wouldn't turn over. It tried to crank, but it clearly wasn't performing properly. Does it have to be mounted in the stock location for some reason in order to work properly? Thanks in advance! Cheers, JBrobst
