Message as evident when the engine started up tonight with no problems after 2 vacuum hoses were discovered unconnected - big sucking sound and no idle. All is smooth running no leaks and computer code 55.

After having a failed #5 injector on my 92 NA I believe due to the 10% crap E fuel which I was forced by default to start using 3 months ago here in Orlando and an out of spec # 3 (45 ohms) injector I decided to replace all 6 with the new style 93+ OEM injectors and a 300 Degree fuel rail set up from COZ. The 1st time plenum pull is a pain but one thing at a time and pictures and lables made putting it back easier.

The 300 degree rails are a great deal easier to use compared to replacing the lower manifold but would have I prefered the OEM rails because they appear to have better air circulation around them for cooler fuel and the 300 degree fuel lines out the back of the rails are a real pain to get clearance if you are leaving most OEM stuff in place.

I chose not to do the throttle body bypass but if leaks occur in the under plenum coolant hoses it is easy enough to bypass without the plenum pull.

I did plenum grinding at all 6 injectors for future injector replaces but some of the grinding may need additional Alum removal if that comes to pass since some of the injectors retaining screws looked a bit tight to remove easily in the ground areas. I did not want to remove to much since it looked a bit to risky but if needed I have a good head start on the grinding.

Well time for R&R ;)
